They will come as we move along. We are just going to jump in and get you doing things differently. If you follow these steps, I guarantee that your life will become more manageable, happier and centered faster than you could believe possible. Imagine what it was like to learn to ride a bicycle - difficult, then like a miracle, it seemed like you could do it without any effort at all. Later, the funniest thing happens, you have to stop and think about how you do it in order to teach it to someone else, because it has become so natural - It has become Instinct This book is about how to learn to live again. What it teaches will be just as frustrating and awkward for you as it was trying to learn how to ride a bicycle. But it gets better and suddenly, there will be a moment where it will feel like the sun has broken through and these new skills will feel natural. You'll be tempted to say it was the gift or a miracle, but it will only be from the effort you put in that this will happen.
